Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
Please use the RMA form to submit a new RMA request.

Return Policy:
Approval must be obtained from SunnyView prior to return of any goods.
All goods returned without a SunnyView RMA number will be refused.

Shipping:
Customer will pay all freight charges when returning RMA products to SunnyView.
SunnyView will pay for return freight. Proper packaging materials should be used on
return products. SunnyView will refuse any improperly or unpackaged products.

Physical Damages:
SunnyView will not accept physically damaged RMA products.

Defective product:
All defective claims will be verified and products will only be tested for
the problem reported.
If no specific problems are reported, SunnyView will only test the
defective product according to our general testing procedures.
No replacement will be made on products not found to be defective.
